SAVE THE MAGGOTS
I had to create a poster for a non–profit organization in my illustration class. I chose to do my poster for the Save The Maggots foundation. It is a very small group of activists but it does get funded by the world wildlife foundation. The background texture was done with brayer and ink. The type is letter-pressed to give it a dirty energetic feel and the maggots are done in graphite and ink. each maggot has eyes to give them all a bit of personality to purvey the message that they are our friends.
